As part of the APEX Strategic Plan 2025–2028, the APEX Mentorship Program is designed to strengthen the community of public service executives by connecting leaders at different stages of their careers.
This new initiative reflects APEX’s commitment to Empower, Connect, and Champion executive excellence across the public service. Whether you are an experienced executive eager to share your insights, or a new leader seeking guidance and perspective, this program offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and give back.

How It APEX MENTORSHIP Works
The program is in its pilot phase — we’re just getting started! APEX is inviting members to give it a try and help shape the program’s future.

Mentors and mentees complete a short profile form to express their interests, experience areas, and mentorship goals.

APEX will facilitate connections based on alignment and availability.

Participants can meet virtually or in person, at a rhythm that suits them.
